1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to the following countries:

• Liechtenstein

• Switzerland

• EU member states

• USA & Canada

2. Shipping Costs

• Liechtenstein & Switzerland: from CHF 8.50

• EU: from CHF 14.–

• USA & Canada: from CHF 17.–

For larger or specially packaged items (e.g., poster tubes or vinyls), shipping may be higher. In that case, we will contact you before dispatch.

3. Delivery Times

Our products are carefully handcrafted. Please allow the following estimated delivery times:

• Liechtenstein / Switzerland: approx. 3–5 business days

• EU: approx. 5–8 business days

• USA & Canada: approx. 7–14 business days

For custom-made or limited-edition items, delivery may take a few extra days. You will be informed transparently by email.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship with UPS, DPD, or the Liechtenstein/Swiss Post, depending on destination and package size.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.

5. Customs & Import Fees

For shipments to USA, Canada, or outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These are levied by the local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it is visibly damaged, take a photo, notify the delivery person, and contact us within 3 business days.
