Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Right of Withdrawal for Handcrafted Products

Our products are carefully hand-printed, often made to order, and produced in limited quantities. Therefore:

There is no statutory right of withdrawal, as our items are not pre-manufactured and are custom-made based on your individual selection (in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).


We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or refunds for these handcrafted or personalized products.

2. Voluntary Returns for Non-Custom Products

If a product is not customized and not made to order, we offer a voluntary return period of 14 days after you receive the item.

Please contact us in advance via email at il.seirotsrevocobfsctd-45d139@ppilihpto initiate a return.


Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you originally used.

3. Cancellation of Workshops and Services

For booked workshops or services with a specific date, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Up to 14 days before the event: Full refund

• Up to 7 days before the event: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before or in case of no-show: No refund


We invest significant time and resources into preparing these experiences. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Refund of Shipping Costs

In the case of a voluntary return (as described in section 2), we will refund your original standard shipping costs. Additional charges for express or special delivery are non-refundable.


Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
