Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Status: September 2025
1. No Right of Withdrawal for Handcrafted Products
Our products are carefully hand-printed, often made to order, and produced in limited quantities. Therefore:
There is no statutory right of withdrawal, as our items are not pre-manufactured and are custom-made based on your individual selection (in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or refunds for these handcrafted or personalized products.
2. Voluntary Returns for Non-Custom Products
If a product is not customized and not made to order, we offer a voluntary return period of 14 days after you receive the item.
Please contact us in advance by e-mail philipp@coverstories.li to announce your return shipment.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price within 3 days using the same payment method you originally used.
3. Cancellation of Workshops and Services
For booked workshops or services with a specific date, the following cancellation policy applies:
• Up to 14 days before the appointment: Free cancellation possible (refund within 3 days to the same payment method used for the purchase)
• Up to 7 days before the appointment: 50% refund (within 3 days to the same payment method used for the purchase)
• Less than 7 days before or in case of no-show: No refund
We invest significant time and resources into preparing these experiences. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Refund of Shipping Costs
In the event of a return (in accordance with point 2), we will refund the original standard shipping costs within 3 days. If you have chosen express or special shipping, this will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
