Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
This website is operated by COVERSTORIES GMBH (Im Rossfeld 47, 9494 Schaan, Liechtenstein). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to COVERSTORIES GMBH. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of the site and all customers booking our workshops, coaching sessions or purchasing our products.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or services. If you do not agree, you should not access the site or use our services.
2. Eligibility & Use
You confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes and not to violate intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code or engage in any abusive behaviour.
3. Products and Services
We offer physical goods (e.g. posters, vinyl records) and intangible services (e.g. workshops, coaching). We reserve the right to change or discontinue any offering at any time. All descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
We do our best to represent our products accurately, but cannot guarantee colours or details as shown on your device.
4. Ordering and Payment
Orders are only valid if submitted via our online shop and fully paid, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Once payment is received, we will confirm the order by email. We reserve the right to limit or reject orders, especially in case of suspicion of fraud or resale intent.
Payments can be made via the payment methods listed on our site. All prices include VAT where applicable. For international deliveries, import duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
5. Workshops and Coaching
Bookings for workshops or coaching sessions are binding. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the event. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge part or all of the fee, depending on the preparations already made.
All content shared during a session is confidential. We may request your consent to document sessions (e.g. for testimonials or social media), but this is entirely voluntary.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a product purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without stating a reason. You must return the item in original condition at your own cost, unless otherwise stated. Services (e.g. workshops) are only refundable if the cancellation is made before the service is delivered.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver products via post or courier to the address provided in your order. Delivery times may vary depending on stock and destination. You are responsible for accepting the delivery at the agreed address. Uncollected packages may result in additional fees for reshipping.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for physical goods, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Workshops and services are non-refundable once delivered, except where legal rights apply.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. COVERSTORIES GMBH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. For consumers, statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Copyright and Content
All content on this website, as well as all works, concepts, designs, creative elements, printed matter, illustrations, photographs, texts, films, animations, websites, digital assets and other creative services created במסגרת projects, workshops, coaching sessions, commissions or purchases are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of COVERSTORIES GMBH or the respective authors and rights holders.
This applies regardless of whether analogue, digital or AI-assisted tools were used in the development or execution of the work.
This applies in particular to handcrafted letterpress works, posters, editions, typography, print data, layouts, final artwork files, as well as analogue and digital design systems.
Any use, reproduction or distribution beyond the legally permitted scope requires the prior written consent of COVERSTORIES GMBH or the respective rights holders.
12. Usage Rights and Modifications
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, the customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use limited to the originally defined purpose, duration, scope, geographical area, medium or campaign.
This also applies to works developed or created using AI-assisted tools.
Upon full payment, only the explicitly agreed usage rights are transferred. No copyright ownership is transferred.
Any modification, alteration, distortion, further development, digitisation, AI-assisted processing, adaptation, reuse, transfer to third parties or use for purposes other than those originally agreed is prohibited without the prior written consent of COVERSTORIES GMBH.
This applies in particular to:
- open production files,
- layout files,
- final artwork files,
- print files,
- illustrations,
- websites,
- animations,
- digital assets,
- as well as handcrafted posters and artworks.
The release of open or editable production files is subject to a separate written agreement and does not imply any transfer of copyright or extended usage rights.
Any use beyond the originally agreed purpose, including follow-up campaigns, additional media, new products, geographical extensions, extended time periods or other commercial uses, requires a new written agreement.
Creative and design-related work is partly based on subjective artistic and craft-based decisions. Minor variations, especially in analogue or handcrafted works, do not constitute defects.
COVERSTORIES GMBH reserves the right to use completed works and project results for self-promotion, portfolio purposes, social media, presentations, publications or competitions, while respecting the legitimate interests of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Feedback und Kommentare
If you submit comments, suggestions or creative inputs (online or offline), you grant us the non-exclusive right to use them for promotional, editorial, or improvement purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
14. Alternative Streitbeilegung
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:

15. Anwendbares Recht
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your home country may also apply.
16. Salvatorische Klausel & Änderungen
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains effective. We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of any changes.
