Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
This website is operated by COVERSTORIES GMBH (Im Rossfeld 47, 9494 Schaan, Liechtenstein). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to COVERSTORIES GMBH. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of the site and all customers booking our workshops, coaching sessions or purchasing our products.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or services. If you do not agree, you should not access the site or use our services.
2. Eligibility & Use
You confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes and not to violate intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code or engage in any abusive behaviour.
3. Products and Services
We offer physical goods (e.g. posters, vinyl records) and intangible services (e.g. workshops, coaching). We reserve the right to change or discontinue any offering at any time. All descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
We do our best to represent our products accurately, but cannot guarantee colours or details as shown on your device.
4. Ordering and Payment
Orders are only valid if submitted via our online shop and fully paid, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Once payment is received, we will confirm the order by email. We reserve the right to limit or reject orders, especially in case of suspicion of fraud or resale intent.
Payments can be made via the payment methods listed on our site. All prices include VAT where applicable. For international deliveries, import duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
5. Workshops and Coaching
Bookings for workshops or coaching sessions are binding. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the event. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge part or all of the fee, depending on the preparations already made.
All content shared during a session is confidential. We may request your consent to document sessions (e.g. for testimonials or social media), but this is entirely voluntary.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a product purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without stating a reason. You must return the item in original condition at your own cost, unless otherwise stated. Services (e.g. workshops) are only refundable if the cancellation is made before the service is delivered.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver products via post or courier to the address provided in your order. Delivery times may vary depending on stock and destination. You are responsible for accepting the delivery at the agreed address. Uncollected packages may result in additional fees for reshipping.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for physical goods, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Workshops and services are non-refundable once delivered, except where legal rights apply.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. COVERSTORIES GMBH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. For consumers, statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, products, workshops, and concepts) is the intellectual property of COVERSTORIES GMBH or its partners. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any content without explicit written permission.
12. Comments and Feedback
If you submit comments, suggestions or creative inputs (online or offline), you grant us the non-exclusive right to use them for promotional, editorial, or improvement purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your home country may also apply.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains effective. We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of any changes.
